About the group

What is Primitek Group?

Established in 1996, Primitek Group connects eight companies across industrial manufacturing, export supply and an expanding portfolio of products for everyday life. Each company has a specialist role; together they form a connected manufacturing platform based in Bangladesh.

The group brings together Star Non-Woven Fabrics & Bags Ltd., Star Packaging & Accessories Ltd., Zara Non Woven Textile Mills Ltd., Padma Spinning & Composite Ltd., Fardin Accessories Ltd., Confidence Polymer Ltd., Primitek Industries Ltd. and Primitek Packaging Ltd. Each company's profile is on the Our companies page.

Our head office is in Gulshan, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The full address, telephone numbers and email are on the contact page.

Has the group received national recognition?

Products and ordering

What products does the group make?

Our companies work across non-woven fabrics and bags, garment packaging and accessories, poly and non-woven shopping bags, netting, twine and rope, export-oriented garment accessories, polymer materials and industrial inputs, water pumps, home products and power tools, and packaging. Browse the range on the Products page.

How do I request a quotation?

Send an enquiry from the contact page and choose Quotation or order. Include the product, quantity, specification or sample reference, and destination market. The relevant group company will come back with what can be produced, in what quantity and to what standard.

Can you make products to our own specification?

Many of our products are made, printed, packed or sourced to an approved customer requirement. Share your drawing, sample or technical specification, the material, colour, size and performance requirement, and any packaging, labelling or destination-market information. Tell us the intended application and any mandatory market or compliance requirement before the order is confirmed.

What are your minimum order quantities and lead times?

They vary by product, factory, destination and order. Minimum quantities and delivery timing are confirmed in the quotation for your specific enquiry.

Does sending an enquiry place an order?

No. An enquiry does not create an order or commit either party. An order becomes binding only when it is accepted as stated in the quotation, order confirmation, sales agreement or other written commercial document.

Are the product images and specifications on the website final?

No. Product images, descriptions, specifications and availability on the website are indicative unless they are confirmed in writing for your order.

Quality and documentation

How is quality checked before bulk production?

The responsible company first reviews the intended use, material, dimensions, construction, quantity, branding and delivery requirement. Requirements are then translated into production and inspection checkpoints, and acceptance criteria are agreed with the buyer. Where a trial, sample or pre-production confirmation is appropriate, it is agreed before bulk manufacturing.

Can you provide certificates and compliance documents?

Documentation needs vary by product, factory and market. Available certificates, test information, declarations, packing details and shipment documents are confirmed for the specific enquiry before commitment. Please name the standard or document you need at the quotation stage so the responsible company can verify scope and availability.

Delivery and returns

What should I do if goods arrive damaged or not to specification?

Report it within the period stated in your commercial document. If no period is stated, notify the responsible company within three working days after delivery. Include the order or invoice reference, the product and quantity affected, a description of the issue and photographs or samples. Do not send goods back without written return authorisation. The full process is in our Return Policy.

Which products cannot normally be returned?

Unless they are defective, damaged or non-conforming, returns are normally not accepted for custom-made, printed, branded or special-order products; products made to an approved customer sample, artwork or specification; change-of-mind or excess stock; or products affected by misuse or unsuitable storage.

Careers and contact

How do I apply for a job?

Send your profile from the Careers page with your area of expertise, location, experience and the role you are seeking. Positions depend on the needs of each operating company and are announced when approved. An enquiry is not a promise of employment.

How can I contact a specific group company?

The contact page lists each group company with its direct telephone number. If you already work with a Primitek company, contact the representative shown on your quotation, order or invoice.
