Sustainability

Responsible growth through practical improvement

Our vision is to drive sustainable growth through innovation, quality and employment creation. We treat sustainability as a direction for continuous improvement—not as an unsupported marketing claim.

Vision · Sustainable growth

Our direction is to create industrial value while improving how resources are used and how work supports people.

Focus areas

Practical improvement across materials, processes and people.

  1. Material decisions

Material choice is shaped by function, buyer specification and the realities of each production process. Where the application permits, our companies can discuss reusable formats, fit-for-purpose material selection and construction choices intended to avoid unnecessary material use.

Any environmental or recyclability statement must be matched to the exact material and product supplied.

  2. Resource discipline

Responsible manufacturing requires attention to material yield, waste, energy and process consistency. Our direction is to identify practical improvements within each specialised company and prioritise actions that can be measured over time.

We do not present group-wide reduction figures until the underlying data has been verified.

  3. People and capability

Employment creation is part of Primitek's approved vision. Sustainable growth therefore includes developing practical skills, maintaining respectful workplaces and giving people the opportunity to contribute to safer, more consistent production.

  4. Progress and transparency

Sustainability is an ongoing operating discipline. We aim to communicate what is currently in place, what is being developed and what still requires evidence—so customers can make decisions using clear information rather than broad promises.

How we communicate

Our claims standard.

Customers should be able to rely on what we say. These rules apply to every sustainability statement the Group makes.

  1. Specific to the product

Any environmental or recyclability statement must be matched to the exact material and product supplied.

  2. Verified before published

We do not present group-wide reduction figures until the underlying data has been verified.

  3. Clear about status

We aim to communicate what is currently in place, what is being developed and what still requires evidence.
