“Primitek”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Primitek Group Ltd. and, where the context requires, the Primitek group company responsible for a product, enquiry or transaction.

The website provides general information about Primitek Group, its companies, capabilities, products and activities. Product images, descriptions, specifications and availability are indicative unless expressly confirmed in writing. Website content is not a binding offer, warranty, technical approval or promise of supply.

We aim to keep information useful and current, but manufacturing specifications, materials, colours, dimensions, packaging, minimum quantities, lead times and compliance documentation may vary by product, factory, destination and order.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or require either party to proceed. An order becomes binding only when accepted in the manner stated in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, sales agreement or other written document.

Unless that document says otherwise, pricing, payment, taxes, currency, delivery terms, title, risk, inspection, warranty and other transaction details remain subject to written confirmation. If these website terms conflict with a signed or formally accepted commercial document, the commercial document controls for that transaction.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and authorised specifications, drawings, samples, artwork, labels, trademarks and instructions. You must tell us the intended application and any mandatory market, safety, labelling or compliance requirement before confirmation.

Changes requested after approval may affect feasibility, price, tooling, quantity, production status or delivery. Any change is effective only after written confirmation by the responsible Primitek company.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable commercial document. Events outside reasonable control may affect production or delivery; the responsible parties will address those events under the agreed transaction terms and applicable law.

Please inspect delivered products and report visible damage, shortage or non-conformity promptly. The process for claims, returns and available remedies is described in the applicable commercial document and our Return Policy.

You may use this website for lawful informational and business-enquiry purposes. You must not interfere with website security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material.

Website content and Primitek brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Limited viewing of the website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence for commercial reuse.
