Primitek respects intellectual-property rights. This notice explains ownership and permitted use of website materials, and the responsibilities that apply when customers provide artwork, brands, designs or other content.
Primitek rights
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, photographs, graphics, logos, product presentation, layout and other original material are owned by or licensed to Primitek Group Ltd. or the relevant Primitek group company. They may be protected by copyright, trademark, industrial-design, patent, confidential-information and other applicable laws.
The Primitek name, logo and the names and marks of group companies may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or origin without prior written permission.
Limited permitted use
You may view and temporarily download website material for your own lawful informational or internal business-evaluation purposes. This limited permission does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to manufacture, reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, adapt, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the material.
Removing rights notices, framing substantial parts of the website, using content to train or populate a competing catalogue, or using images or marks in advertising requires prior written permission unless applicable law expressly allows the use.
Product information and reference materials
Product images, drawings, descriptions and specifications on the website are presented for general reference. They must not be treated as production-ready technical files or authorisation to copy a product, design or brand. Confirmed order documents and approved references govern a specific transaction.
Customer-supplied content
When you provide a trademark, logo, artwork, drawing, design, sample, photograph, label, text or other material, you represent that you own the relevant rights or have permission to provide and use it for the requested purpose.
You grant the responsible Primitek company a limited right to review, reproduce, adapt and share that material only as reasonably necessary to assess the enquiry, prepare samples, manufacture, pack or deliver the agreed product, maintain transaction records, and use approved suppliers or service providers for that purpose.
Do not submit material that is unlawful, counterfeit, misleading, confidential to another party without authority, or likely to infringe another person's rights. We may pause or decline work while ownership or authorisation is clarified.
Confidential and jointly developed material
Confidentiality, tooling, moulds, technical files, development work and ownership of custom deliverables should be addressed in the applicable non-disclosure agreement, quotation, development agreement or sales agreement. Website submission alone does not determine ownership of newly developed intellectual property.
Third-party rights
Names, marks, images or other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a customer, supplier, standard or third-party brand does not transfer rights or imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
Reporting suspected infringement
If you believe material on this website or a Primitek-related product infringes your rights, submit a report through the contact page. Include:
- your name, organisation and reliable contact details;
- identification of the right and, where relevant, registration or ownership evidence;
- the exact website URL, product, image or material concerned;
- an explanation of the suspected infringement; and
- a statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act.
Review and enforcement
We may request additional information, preserve relevant records, remove or restrict disputed website material, pause production, or refer a matter to the responsible company or professional adviser while a report is reviewed.
Primitek reserves the right to protect its intellectual property and respond to infringement using the remedies available under applicable law. The appropriate response depends on the facts; this notice does not promise a particular enforcement action or outcome.
